湖北时珍实验室(以下简称“实验室”)是全国首个中医药领域省级实验室,是第10个湖北实验室,依托武汉市人民政府建设,由湖北中医药大学牵头组建、运营管理,实行理事会领导下的主任负责制。

一、招聘岗位:实验室副主任
二、岗位职责
1.协助实验室主任制定并执行实验室的发展规划和管理制度,推进实验室市场化运行管理和产业化导向建设;
2.负责实验室的日常工作,主要包括行政管理、人事管理、科技管理、成果管理、产业发展、机制创新等;
3.组织推进国家及湖北省重大、重点科技项目申报,产出更多标志性成果;
4.促进实验室研究工作和多学科的交叉融合,加强与国内外的学术交流,提升实验室知名度和影响力;
5.培养和引进优秀的科研人才,建设一支高水平研究队伍;
6.提升实验室科技基础设施建设水平和开放共享能力;
7.完成上级职能部门及实验室主任交办的工作。

Global Recruitment Announcement for Deputy Director of Hubei Shizhen Laboratory
Hubei Shizhen Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the "Laboratory") is the first provincial-level laboratory in the field of Chinese medicine in China, and the 10th Hubei Laboratory. Established by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government, it is led and operated by Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, functioning under a director responsibility system overseen by the Council.
The Laboratory is dedicated to addressing population aging and the active health of the elderly. Based on the Chinese medicine resources in Hubei Province and the cultural legacy of Chinese medicine of Li Shizhen, it has laid out five research directions, namely: Li Shizhen's geriatric academic thought and health culture research, the elderly population's physique and disease-free health management research, the elderly chronic disease pathogenesis and intervention mechanism research, the elderly health product development research, the elderly health characteristic genuine medicinal material industry development research. Six academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, including Wang Qi, Wang Guangji, Dong Jiahong, Wu Tangchun, Xiao Wei and Chen Shilin, have been appointed as chief scientists in these directions. By addressing major fundamental issues of elderly health, integrating modern science and technology, revealing the regularity and scientific connotation of geriatric diseases, formulating prevention and treatment plans for geriatric diseases, promoting the development of health products for the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases and the sustainable utilization of relevant Chinese medicine resources, improving the coping ability of the population aging, helping to solve major national needs, it aspires to build a collaborative innovation platform integrating "innovation, team, capital and industry".
As an independent legal entity, the Laboratory is now seeking a Deputy Laboratory Director from home and abroad. We extend a sincere invitation to potential candidates to join our team.
I. Position: Deputy Laboratory Director
II. Responsibilities
1.Assist the laboratory director to formulate and execute the development planning and management system of the Laboratory, and promote the market-oriented operation management and industrialization oriented construction of the Laboratory;
2.Oversee the daily operations of the Laboratory, including administrative management, personnel management, science and technology management, achievement management, industrial development, mechanism innovation, etc;
3.Organize and facilitate the submission of major and key scientific and technological projects at national and provincial levels, and output more landmark achievements;
4.Promote the cross-disciplinary integration of Laboratory research and multi-disciplinary work, strengthen academic exchanges at home and abroad, and enhance the popularity and influence of the Laboratory;
5.Cultivate and attract excellent scientific research talents and build a high-level research team;
6.Improve the construction level of science and technology infrastructure and the ability of opening and sharing;
7.Complete the work assigned by the superior department in charge and the laboratory director.
III. Qualifications
1.Passion for scientific research and laboratory construction, with good ideological and political quality and moral quality, a strong sense of career and responsibility, and a dedication to promoting the high-quality development of the Laboratory;
2.Familiarity with the basic laws of the construction and development of scientific research institutions, particularly new R & D institutions, and the operation and management of provincial laboratories, and strong management, organization, coordination and strategic thinking abilities;
3.Rich experience in market-oriented operation management and industrialization construction and development of R & D institutions;
4.Demonstrated team leadership and pioneering spirit, and with a broad international vision;
5.Good communication and coordination ability with superior departments in charge;
6.Full-time commitment to work in the Laboratory, good health, a graduate degree, generally not older than 55 years old. For individuals with outstanding academic achievements or management experience, age requirements may be flexibly adjusted.
IV. Compensation
1.Full-time appointment as the Deputy Laboratory Director with a highly competitive salary (specific details to be discussed in person);
